"Mother Nature's Art With a Heart"

Thank Mother Nature who created, these Fine Art like creatures;

Natural mineral paint strokes, to give them Masterpiece like features

 Crafted to pass along, her fragrant native plants;

Watch some in midair, as they dip, dive and gracefully dance

 So bright and colorful, many of different vibrant hues;

Some even sport patterns, from her paint pallete of deep vivid blues

 Grasshopper greens, the emerald dragonfly in the wind they flew;

Those same green shades appear on the grass, kissed by the morning dew

 Cabbage Whites, white with black fine sand textured ruffled wings;

Monarchs of orange and black, such detail to greet the new warm Spring

 Bees with lovely sun bright, yellow fuzzy bands;

Same shades of yellow powdered pollen paint, appear upon their tiny hands

 Glossy ruby red upper wings, flocked with black as midnight dots;

Ladybugs fashionable beauty, so easy for our eyes to spot

 Mother Nature produces this art, working with earth, wind, sun and water;

Stroking up creations of beauty, that include tiny hearts that truly inspire

Sue Paley sent me Favia. She is a mighty
fine grasshopper with lots of eyes! I just
love it. Talk about up close and
personal.

I received my photo of the "Passionate Poser" today
I never realized that a grasshopper's face was so expressive. Its a magical photograph that will sit upon my computer desk. Just looking at the photo makes me smile. Its better than anti-depressants.
Thank you so much!!!
